Professional Qualification : B.Tech(Instrumentation/Electronics)
Location : Malanpur, 25 kms from Gwalior

Experience & Knowledge :
5 to 6 Year of experience in Pharma/Fine Chemical industry and having exposure to the followings
A. Calibration of Instrument, following National/International Standards
using the Master calibration instrument
B. Preventive Maintenance of the following Instruments:
· PG/TG
· TI/DTI
· TIC’s & Recorders
· Ph Indicators/Controllers & Recorders.
· Level Indicators(Tubular/Reflex/Magnetic/Digital)
· PRV/Safety Valves
· HPLC/GLC
· UV Spectro Photometer
· KF & Other Lab Instruments
· Variable Frequency Drive
· Data Acquisition System
· PLC System
C. Maintaining Documentation & Calibration Records as per
cGMP/USFDA,
D. Ability to deal with down the line Team Member
E. Should have exposure to work strictly adhering to the safety norms.
F. Planning, preparation & execution of Calibration/Maintenance procedures & Schedules.
G. Spares Part Management & Inventory control
H. Monitoring of Operational Budget.
Behavioral Competency :
g) He should have good communication skill in Hindi/English .
h) Should have good theoretical / practical experience.
i) Should have good man management and co-ordination abilities.
