Reporting to: Head of Business Development and Product Management
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage business plan on Converged Networks, Enterprise Offerings and Data Centre Offerings and managing OEM relationships like Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco and others.
Review/maintain the partnership status, agreements, facilitate Business reviews and escalations with OEMs.
Identify potential strategic deals and manage the conversion to business orders thru facilitation of required team/s.
Responsible for supporting the accounts in the sale of the end-to-end portfolio of the Company with specific area of expertise.
Develop business initiatives, create new revenue streams and strategic partner development and management
Be driving force in creating solution mindset and sales approach methodology for sales and business development groups that characterize company’s dealing in market place.
Work with the Account Manager to identify, define and qualify opportunities to ensure growth in target accounts.
Based on individual opportunities and Sales Specialist area of expertise, work activity can span multiple Business Units.
Support account management team in defining scope of solution and create compelling customer-specific propositions by creatively bundling our services capability and those available through third party vendors.
In support of Account Managers, proactively drive innovation and value-creation for the customer by bringing intellectual value and consultative advice to key customers.
Improvement to the win rate and reduction in time to close the deal.
Support the account team in developing bid response, identifying and mitigating risks and in preparing Orange formal presentation.
Identify and manage third parties within proposed solutions; position Orange as the integrator.
Support the account team in the hand-off to delivery teams.
Preparation of solution pipeline and order forecasts with periodic status.
Implementation of pricing models that balance value to the customer and profitability to Orange.
Educational background: BE, Management qualification will be added advantage.
Experience: 5 yrs to 10 yrs
Key Competencies:
Knowledge on Avaya or A-Lu or Cisco Technology Platform.
Solid understanding of company’s market, players, technologies, product and services.
Good networking in related markets.
Experience in early sales environment.
Ability to engage and partner with customers at a detailed technical level.
Ability to deliver solutions which provide high value throughout the full life cycle of the contract.
Ability to attain certifications relevant to solution set.
Salary : 15-16 lacs
