Job Description for the Manager Sales Coordination position at Malanpur.

# Co-ordination with Prod Planning deptt for checking EDOD of the order recd in a day and informing concerned zone -daily

# Co-ordinate with Logistic deptt and inf disp planning of the day to Regional off

# CO-ordinating with regional off for min inv levels of entire range of products

# Responding to communication recd from mktg on complaint / samples req / Tech input required from plant in co-ordination with concerned deptt

# Providing feedbk to mktg on logistic / dispatch related requirement to exceed customers expectations

# Age wise analysis of pending order and responding to mktg proactively in case of delay in dispatch

# Co-ordinate with a/c deptt and respond to mktg for issues related to a/c reconciliation,cr note cases etc.

Demand forecast / projection compilation.
Credit control & monitoring
Logistic related issue resolution
Ensure proper order & collection processing
Statutory form collections
Team building based on potential generated & Guide, monitor and motivate them.
Identifying Training needs for Team members
Defining JD,KRA's for Team Members and reviewing the same
Timely submission of Monthly/ Weekly MIS
Processing Commission cases as and when required
Claim processing till final settlement.
To create monitoring system to ensure smooth back office operations
Co-ordinating and communicating with customers,plant ,sales team all business related issues.
Maintaining & circulating pricelist & other master related data
Ensure all reports related to sales , collection, C-form , outstanding & inventory are being circulated to concerned sales staff & distributors / customers.
Agewise analysis of Pending orders
Inventory planning with plant in co-ordination with sales team.
