1) Physically receipts of Inward material & outward material - Cross check with
Challan /Invoice.
2) Entry in the System - Knowledge of ERP system base package/ Excell /Ms-Office.
3) Reconciliation of Stock. ( Phy Vs. Sys ).
4) Manpower Handling.
5) Material issue to Production on the issue receipts / Material Return from
Production on MRN.
6) Perpetual Stock taking.
7) Shift base work shedule.
8) Reporting for the critical stock status & unsafe conditions in the stores.
9) Co-ordination with Supply chain / Production for the daily work.
10) Timely resolution of issues.
11) Knowledge of ERP system base package/ Excell /Ms-Office.
12) Knowledge of Excise formalities.
13) Exposure to audits.
14) Should be from FMCG, Food industry,Manufacturing.

1. Audit the KPIs of Network Services; compare with service delivery and advice the CTO and Quality Lead for any changes/deviations.


2. Regular compilation of network performance delivery w.r.t. the targets and ascertain probable causes for such deviations and release the track sheet daily.


3. Drive quality optimization every month with MS partners to ensure KPIs are achieved. Compile the network performance data of competition and release the track sheet on weekly basis.


4. Maintain the archive the AT process data for all the new products, services and all the data pertaining to the optimization


5. Ensure the compliance of all regulatory parameters and release the track sheet and the report for necessary action at set frequency.


6. Ensure the necessary vigilance is maintained and bring the deviations to the notice of the circle CTO and Quality Lead within 24 hours of such notice.


Qualification : B E ( Electronics & Telecommunication)

3. Supervision of TI vendors to ensure quality of telecom implementation at all sites and AT process is followed.


4. Maintain the data of other telcos and Benchmark the network design and draw the cost effective plan feasible to the business for simple commercial implementation.
