. Chalking out Network strategy.
. Telecom Network planning and budgeting based on Business projections.
. Oversee Roll out and operations of Circles.
. Driving new initiatives to reduce/optimize OPEX.
. Exchange of good practices among circles.
. Focus to ensure adherence to processes.
. Build up skilled technical team.
. Managing Network outsourced vendor by driving
. Networks KPIs are above the benchmark values.
. Ensuring various audits
. Vendor Development.
. Co-ordinate with Govt agencies like BSNL, TEC.
. Group at corporate level to look in to the various aspects of Interconnect issues and site sharing.
