Reporting To
Location	New Delhi
Direct Reporting Staff	Manager (Buying & Merchandising)
Working Hours	9:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (six days a week)
Minimum Qualifications	PG-NIFT/ PEARL
Desired Qualification	MBA / P.G. in Retail Management
Minimum Experience	9 years
Maximum Experience	12 years
Principal Functions	Preparing business plans, buying plans for ensuring target achievements. Organizing range plan, product mix for maintaining smooth work operations. Increased top-line, bottom-line and complete profitability of business Buying & Planning in compliance with buying & merchandising budget, OTB (Open to Buy) levels, prices, styles sizes, colors, brand in order to have the right mix at right price at the right place Negotiations with vendors on terms, margins etc. Analyzing supply chain management, vendor relations, etc. Prospecting new brand base & new induction to keep place w.r.t competition. Complete purchase order routing & delays in schedule monitoring. Implementing market specific promotional strategies. Overall space management & rationalization of every category. Delegating work to the team
Desired profile	Should have min. 8-9 years of work Exp. In Personal Care & Studio Ivory With min. qualification as MBA/ PG-NIFT/ PEARL. Having good knowledge of working with top end buyers and buying agencies
