Opening for Sr.H.R.Manager - HR Head for a Startup Company at Bangalore

We have an opening with a Start Up Company into Personalization of gifts at Bangalore for Senior HR Manager--HR Head

The candidate should be :

Mature individual with 7-8 years of well grounded experience in HR function
Manage entire HR department for upto 200 employees
Responsible for Handling entire HR function.
Set up all HR processes like appraisals, employee motivation and engagement models, payroll, vacation policy, exit interviews
Must have- MBA with HR specialization from Tier 1 B School
Excellent communication skills
CTC - Upto 12 lacs per annumn

Important Note: The candidate who has not changed job within two years would be preferable.
