JOB POSITION Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager – Finance(Circle)
Location Bihar (Patna) and for Gujrat
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
QUALIFICATION B.Com / M. Com / CA (Intermediate)
EXPERIENCE-(In years) 5-7 Years
AGEbracket 25-30 Yrs
Additional Knowledge Requirement
Working knowledge of Accounting Packages preferably ERP Packages
ROLE :
1. Managing Circle Accounting and Reporting
2. Adherence and compliance of Delegation of Authority

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ø Maintaining correct and Timely Books of Account at Circle.
Ø Maintaining Budget Vs Actual and guide Circle / Zonal Head for Variance.
Ø Adherence of Delegation of Authority and escalation of deviations if any
Ø Timely Booking and Payment of circle related Expenses
Ø Checking, Validation and Timely Booking of Capex bills and its validation in ERP
Ø Ensure timely booking and Payment of EB related payments to avoid delay charged and disconnection
Ø Ensure and check inventory related records for correct accounting.
Ø Ensure follow ups for collection of provisioning fees and Pass thru and support circle team in terms of availability of records.
Ø Payment to Vendors
Ø Vendor Reconciliation
Ø Imprest Payment to employees and ensure its timely settlement.
Ø Compliance to TDS and Sales Tax related matters.
Ø Finalization of Circle Profit and Loss Account
Ø MIS to Corporate office as required time to time.
