Education:. B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastics.
Should be proficient in computers.

Experience: 8 to 10 years (4/5 yrs in Plastic or Paper conversion factory). Preferably from plastic extrusion.

Age: 30 to 35 years

CTC offered: Rs.5 to 6 L

We need an hardcore manufacturing person who can stand on the plant to improve the productivity and implement the systems for stability. The skill of man management is very important alongwith his technical skill. His skill of coaching to all section incharge (who are under groomed due to lack of knowledge & fear to act) is also very important part of his personality. The best profile may be:

Ø An engineering graduate with minimum 12 years experience in any plastic or rubber processing industry.
Ø Exposure to plastic or rubber processing with down stream operation in the area of manufacturing & planning.
Ø Analytical capability with right problem solving approach.
Ø Grasping capability for new process and technologies.
Ø Knowledge of plant administration.
Ø Basic knowledge of ERP & management tools which are in general implemented in the manufacturing areas.
Ø Knowledge on statistics for measuring the plant performance.
Ø Leadership qualities which should be already in place.
Ø He should be now in the level of 2nd line incharge for any big manufacturing plant of above nature & reporting to senior manager in the production department.
Ø Sound health.
Ø Capability to organize the manufacturing which is not in place.
