BUSINESS NEEDS INTO HR STRATEGY :
Understanding
Business needs, Efficient People management, Developing and Implementing HR
Strategy, Develop and Review HR related system
MANPOWER
PLANNING:
Assessing the need of the manpower, Re sourcing manpower as per the
need, Developing sources for the talent hunt, Selecting the best candidate for
the vacant positions, salary fixation for the new recruits, Appraising the
manpower position on the regular basis
CULTURAL
ASSIMILATION :
Induction
/ Orientation Program, Interactive sessions with management
Qualification :
MBA HR with atleast 8-10 years of experience
CTC
: 9-10 LAC PA Max.
