ROLE :
Account Management.
Customer Relation.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets.
2. Manage product/service mix, and timely collection of outstanding payment from customer according to agreed budget.
3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal coordination to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
5. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
6. Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
7. Communicate, coordinate and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
8. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
