ROLE :
1. Business Planning
2. Oversee Project delivery from a business prospective.
3. Ensure business profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Plan and Manage business budget, product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
2. Business Development organization planning and development.
3. Recruit, Manage, Train and Motivate team according to company procedures and policy.
4. New Product assessment and management.
5. Partnership assessments and development.
6. Monitoring timely collection of outstanding payment from customer.
7. Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
8. Self Development and continuing personal development.
