The details for this position are as follows

Position - Activation and documentation executive
Location - Bhopal
Salary- 2- 4 lacs
Exp. - 2-5 yrs (Prior telecom experience is a must)
Profile -
Monitoring of Prepaid Activation & Phone barring & unbarring as per company’s parameter for circle label.
Maintaining Daily Report of sales & Activation’s
Maintaining daily barring & Unbarring Report for all Pr.paid Customers.
Handling post paid activations of the cluster.
Maintaining the activation insta and Console.
Taking care of activation documentation.
Do the activation in TAT.
Resolving all activation related issues.
Handling error free activation of individual line

Manager - Site Acquisition

Position Summary

Performs essential functions like meeting time bound & budgeted site acquisition targets, acquisition of sharing sites, keeping average rent outflow low and preparing efficient and time bound documentation. Also coordinates internally with Legal Department and externally with various legal consultants and government agencies to avoid any legal issues/problems during acquisition and after acquisition.

Key Performance Areas

Acquisition of budgeted sites.

Keeping rent outflow low/ within budget.

Acquires Budgeted Sites, with main focus on New Town sites.

Acquires sharing sites as required from time to time.

Coordinates with Legal Consultants for Local Authorities permissions.

External

Legal Consultants: Need based interaction with Legal Consultants for issues like government licenses, permissions etc.

Local Authorities: Regular interaction with Local Authorities for various permissions etc.

Qualification & Experience

Graduation (preferably a law graduate).

Minimum 10 -12 years experience, preferably in Site & Facility acquisition in Telecom industry.

Knowledge & Skills

Good negotiation skills.

Honesty & Integrity.

Good networking skills.

Knowledge of legal issues related to site acquisition.
