5) RESPONSIBILITY

1) Getting the ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN made by circles after discussion with corporate team and circles
2) Reviewing the reports sent by circles and ensuring the hygiene. Identifying the potential risks and highlighting to circle and corporate team
3) Reading the trends as per the circle reports and suggesting to the business team the remedial steps to be taken for ensuring that the same is ahead of the business plan
4) Doing a benchmarking analysis on business KPI’s with competition and suggest an action plan in that regard
5) Doing a in depth study of inter circle best business practices and suggest the business team for replication
6) Monthly presentation to the corporate team on detailed business KPI’s
7) Exploring the automation option for the day to day reports so that manual intervention does not exist
