Hiring MARKETING- Techno Commercial Head for a reputed Cement Industry in North India

We have been hired by a reputed Cement industry in North India for the following position :

Job Title- MARKETING- Techno Commercial Head

Level : GM/DGM

Key Responsibilities :

·Prepare strategies on handling customer complaints, providing all kinds of assistance to customers and being close to the customer.

·Root cause analysis of men, methods, milleu material and money.

·Identify proactive steps for removal of complaints.

·Provide technical interface with plant operations.

·Conceptualization & development of material.

·To monitor various activities for spreading niche products.

·To monitor call cycle and site conversion of all TCS officers.

·To conduct engineer, architect and contractors meet.

·To utilize TCS budget in best possible way.

·To conduct customer training.

·To conduct skill development training of marketing staffs.

·Prepare budgets for training customers and the marketing personnel.

·Participate in price fixation and positioning.

·Facilitate brand equity development.

·Study feasibility of cooperative ventures.

·Formulate strategies for new product launch as well as identification of new market for existing as well as new products.

·Increase compliance and commitment in ISO procedures.

Educational qualification : Engineering Degree & Management Degree.

Salary: 15 LPA- 18 LPA (Negotiable depending on suitability)
