Job Description (EA to CMD):
Attending phone calls & visitors.
Arrangements for conferences,meetings & appointments.
Coordinating arrangements for meeting times, locations,travel, lodgings, catering services.
Preparing minutes of the meeting.
Keeping record of all the important calls, emails and faxes and coordinate with them accordingly.
Coordinating telephonic and email interaction between external parties.
Should have knowledge of vendor management.
Salary 8-15 lacs
